nah nah it's not tourists, it's locals who know the back ways. seen em leaving in a ute with no plates
as someone who works on the water every day, i see this crap all the time. needs more enforcement, not just signs
govt slashing DOC budgets and then acting surprised when wildlife gets hammered. classic.
been fishing that stream for 20 years, never seen it this bad. makes me sick
maybe if the fines were bigger people would think twice
