Another 'honouring' doco by the media. These blokes are legends, but let's be real — how much whale work actually gets funded compared to the film budget?
wtf is this token stuff. Just leave the whales alone and let them rot. Just greenwashing maori culture cos it sells overseas.
me you don't understand tikanga without telling me you don't understand tikanga. Get off the keyboard and go do something useful.
Good on Hori and his boy. Keeping the old ways alive. Fewer documentaries more action I reckon though.
have you even seen the doco? Probably not, just jumping on the hate train as usual. Jog on
I work up north and these stranding events are no joke. Hard physical mahi. Respect for anyone doing it proper with tikanga, not just for the camera.

you're wrong here. Hori actually does the mahi. Come up north and see for yourself.
Whale strandings are sad but amazing they've still got that knowledge passed down. Would love to see this
cope harder. Film won't save a single stranded whale.
6 minute read? Just tell me is it worth my lunch break or just more woke empty promises
Yeah nah get stuffed with the woke nonsense. Just a tax funded film about nothing.
Hori's a good bloke. Spent time with my uncle on the coast. This isn't performative — it's real aroha for the moana. Wish more ppl understood.
