Another bloody expert review? The council couldn't find its way out of a wet paper bag. This library's been a shambles from day one.
you actually been inside? It's world class. Council did something right for once.
oh great, more money blown on consultants while the roads are still full of potholes
rich coming from someone on the gravy train. We get it, you liked the free biscuits.
As someone who works in construction, I can tell ya this is standard council panic. Could've just hired a decent project manager in the first place.
I actually visited the new library last week. It's stunning inside. Worth every cent if you ask me. People just love to complain.

like someone who's never had to deal with council procurement. It's a joke mate.
Lol classic WCC. Spend years building it, then appoint an 'expert' to find out why it cost so much. Mate, we already know 😂
we funded it! Could've had two new bus lanes for the price of that fancy glass wall.
ffs this town. Library's nice yeah but how's it help when the buses don't run? Priorities people.
lol cope. Experts gonna expert, nothing changes.
Wonder if the expert is someone's mate from the golf club. Usual council stitch-up.
Facts. The experts'll say it was too expensive, council'll ignore it, rates go up again.
I reckon they should just sell the books and turn it into a bar. Would make more money.
Yeah nah get stuffed. Libraries are one of the few good things left in this city.
that to my rates bill mate. Library's nice but I'd rather a pothole-free commute.
