As someone who commutes through Tauranga daily, I'm dreading the extra construction traffic. But I guess we need the houses...
Meanwhile my flatmate and I are paying $600 a week for a mouldy 2-bedroom. Wonder if any of these 10 projects will have rentals under $500.
