Great to see young people thinking about stability over flashy titles. Now if only employers actually valued loyalty.
yeah right like employers care. they'll just replace u with someone cheaper in a heartbeat. do what's best for u.
yeah nah that's the trap. they act like they're doing u a favour by paying u minimum.
Trust? In this economy? Lol good one Randstad. Most bosses would sell their own nan for a dollar.
story of my life. trust is a two-way street and they're never on it.
Just started a new job and honestly I'd take lower pay for less stress. Perks don't mean much if you're miserable.

same here. traded pay for peace of mind and never looked back tbh.
Heartening to see a shift in priorities. Maybe this will force companies to actually treat people decently.
get stuffed with that optimism. companies don't change unless they're forced to.
bloody hate my job but bills don't pay themselves. at least they're consistent. guess that's a win nowadays?
So basically we've all realised the corporate ladder is a scam. Surprise surprise. but where do we go from here?
meanwhile my boss keeps talking about 'growth opportunities' while we're all overworked and underpaid. classic.
lol 'growth opportunities' = more work same pay. seen it a million times.
As a grad I'm just trying to get my foot in the door. Security sounds nice but how do you get it without experience?
fair point. but we've gotta start somewhere. maybe this survey is a sign the tide is turning.
fckin tell me about it. been in the same industry 15 yrs and still feel like I'm one bad month from being on the street.
yep. solidarity mate. we're all just trying to survive out here.
