omg this is so sad, i want to foster a goat but my husband says no 🙄 like we don't already have enough animals in this house lol
250 fosters for cats and dogs? meanwhile the SPCA is probably spending all their money on admin salaries instead of actually helping animals
bet you don't even volunteer yourself. easy to talk shit from your couch
oh pfft they do way more than you think. i've fostered kittens from them and they gave everything we needed
as an animal science student this is actually really important, farm animals are often overlooked in foster systems. if i had the space i'd totally take in a horse
lol cope. people fall on hard times, doesn't mean they shouldn't have pets

it's not about 'looking after' sometimes shit happens. have some empathy
yeah nah get stuffed. the SPCA is just a money grab, they don't care about farm animals. they just want more donations
wait goats too? that's actually dope. might look into it, my kids would love a goat in the backyard
so many animals need homes this winter. i foster cats already, maybe i can help with a goat too? worth asking
yeah right because that's the same thing. homeless shelters are still open, SPCA is crying for help
ffs another sob story from RNZ. we get it, animals are cold. what about the homeless humans?
if you can't look after your animals don't get them in the first place. sick of people dumping animals on the SPCA
i volunteered at the SPCA last year, they do amazing work. seriously consider fostering if you have the space
