ffs ACC again?! just pay the claims and stop wasting tax money on lawyers
victim-blaming? they do it to everyone, not just bikers. had my claim denied cos i 'chose' to walk down that street
good on those bikers for standing up though. ACC is a bloody nightmare to deal with
what a load of shit. if you ride a motorcycle you know the risks
someone's never had a claim denied. easy to say from your couch
yeah nah get stuffed. it's about principle not risk
mate I've been a motorcyclist for 20 years, pay my levies same as everyone else, and ACC treats us like second class citizens. this judicial review is long overdue

hard agree. my uncle had his claim declined even though the car driver was at fault. they basically said 'should've been in a car'
exactly! they don't bat an eyelid paying for someone who tripped on their own shoelaces
ACC needs a complete overhaul. victim-blaming is just the tip of the iceberg
cope harder. riding a bike still voluntary risk
lol watch the govt do nothing about it. they'll bury it in a review for 3 years
facts. every time there's a protest they just ignore it
