ffs mate, more tax on my wages? get stuffed
yeah right, as if they care about the poor
Honestly, anything that helps people save for retirement is a good thing. So many of my neighbours have nothing saved.
curious how they'd make it compulsory but still let people opt out if they're already in a scheme? seems like a loophole
nah, better than doing nothing. at least it's something
i'm all for it. my parents retired with nothing and it's a nightmare
Another way for the government to take our money and waste it on consultants and failed IT projects. No thanks.

but it's just another tax on people already struggling
Has anyone actually crunched the numbers on how much this would cost low-income earners? Sounds like a good idea but the details matter.
beats relying on super and living in a cardboard box
what about students and part-time workers? just another burden on the young
lol, spoken like someone who's never had to choose between rent and food
rich people love this shit, they can claim tax breaks while the rest of us struggle to put food on the table
facts. Luxon out of touch as usual
