ffs another preventable tragedy. how many kids have to die before people secure their bloody septic tanks?
condolences to the family but come on… momentary? that's all it takes, literally
exactly. sec a child and they don't see danger. all it takes is a few seconds
grandad was trying to fix it, tragic all round. no winners here
facts. a mate's kid fell in a trough once, lucky they got them out in time. we need better awareness
bloody councils should enforce better tank regs, this stuff happens way too often in rural areas

yeah nah councils are useless, but it's on the property owner at the end of the day

so the lid was broken and grandad took it off to measure… and nobody thought to block it off? heartbreaking
mate that's what I'm saying. a simple barrier would've saved a life
