Ah, the classic 'off-roading' premium. Air NZ should start charging for 4x4 experiences. 🙄
ffs, stuck in mud? This airport can't even handle a bit of rain. What's next, planes getting bogged on the tarmac?
the fuel bill for the tug trying to pull it out. Rip Air NZ's profit margin.
Probably just a couple of ground crew with shovels and a tractor will sort it. Happens more than you'd think, mate.
energy as that time the train got stuck in the mud at Wellington station. Ground crew gonna be busy.
yeah nah, this is just another example of Christchurch airport being cheap. Shouldn't have to worry about your plane getting bogged like a ute on a beach.

lol cope, you'd be saying the same if you were delayed. Easy to be all positive from your couch.
lol imagine being on that flight and looking out the window like 'why we stopping?' then 'oh great, we're gonna be late'
mate, it's usually just a patch of soft ground near the edge. Could be drainage issues. Chill.
Bet it was a pilot trying to show off. Bet you a box of beer it was one of the young ones. Wet grass, soft ground... elementary stuff.
nah, I've seen it happen plenty. Usually just embarrassing but not dangerous. Still, airport should fix it.
At least no one was hurt. Planes can be fixed, people can't. Hope everyone gets to their destinations soon.
stuffed. It's not cheap, it's just old ground that needs maintenance. Like everything else in this country.
So now we can't even land a plane without it sinking? What a load of shit. Sort your infrastructure out, Christchurch.
facts. Imagine the delay. 'Sorry folks, we've got a bit of a bogging situation' lol
