men's mental health is such a taboo topic, especially around grief like this. really glad people like Matt are leading the way, it takes balls to be that vulnerable publicly
i cried reading the summary. my niece was stillborn last year and my brother still won't talk about it. maybe this podcast will help him. thank you Matt
