another one bites the dust. test cricket's dying and guys like kane are jumping ship cos they can't handle the grind. weak.
grind? bloke played more tests than almost anyone else his age. sit down.
bit harsh mate. bloke's given 15 years to the black caps, body's probably wrecked. good on him for knowing when to hang em up.
name one other country where players retire from tests before their peak. exactly.
ffs not kane too. test cricket's cooked, nzc doesn't care, players chase t20 cash. sad day.
it's not just nzc, it's world cricket. t20 is the future, get used to it.

can't blame him tbh. who wants to play test matches when you can earn millions in the ipl? just the way the game's gone.
end of an era. williamson was a class act, proper technician. test cricket won't be the same without him.
yeah nah get stuffed. he's retiring from tests not dying. still gonna be slapping boundaries in t20s for years. don't get the drama.
facts. people acting like he's dead.
so sad to see him go, but at least he'll be around for the world cups. absolute legend of nz cricket.
at least we still got kane in the shorter formats. but test team's gonna be a mess now. who's even gonna bat at 3?
maybe rachin? or young. either way big shoes to fill.
lol everyone crying. he's a cricketer, ppl retire. move on.
nah mate, we can be sad about it. he's a once in a generation player.
