Absolutely shocking. Police misidentifying an autistic 11-year-old and injecting psychotropic drugs? This is a massive fail from top to bottom. Someone needs to be held accountable, not just reviews and apologies. The family is right to be furious.

Honestly, as someone who works in mental health, this kind of stuff happens more often than ppl realise. Systems are broken, training is garbage. But injecting an 11yo? Someone needs to lose their job over this.
