ffs, another dog attack. Sort your bloody dogs out or keep 'em on a leash. Poor spoodle didn't deserve that.
damn right they should be charged. That's someone's family member gone forever because of pure negligence
bet the council won't do anything until someone gets killed. Oh wait, a dog just did. Watch 'em wring their hands for weeks
that's so sad, Rory looked like such a sweet dog. Hope they find the owner and that dog gets put down
I am absolutely bloody furious. This is what happens when idiots own aggressive dogs. The owner should be charged criminally.
Wonder if the attacking dog was a pit bull. Always the same breeds involved in these attacks.

it was a mastiff cross apparently. Doesn't matter the breed, any dog can attack if not trained properly
yeah nah, staffies are the problem. Useless dogs
My heart goes out to Nathan and his family. We walk that pathway all the time, now I'm scared to go near it.
you've never met a well trained staffy. They're loyal if the owner isn't a dickhead. But yeah the owner here is clearly a dickhead
Yeah nah, bet the attacking dog is some 'staffy cross' that's been aggressive for years and the owner 'never saw it coming'. tell that to the dead spoodle mate
Palmy council needs to step up, enforce the dog control laws we already have. Stop blaming the victims
couldn't agree more. Maybe they'll finally put a dog exercise area away from the path
tbh both owners need to be held accountable if the other dog wasn't under control. But ffs, who let's their dog off leash on a shared path?
classic, blame the victim. What if Rory was on a leash? The other dog came out of nowhere
RIP Rory. Hope they find the owner soon and that dangerous dog is destroyed
and if it was off leash that's illegal. Council needs to start fining people heavily or impounding dogs on the spot
