I worked in IT for govt for 2 years, left cos I couldn't handle the waste. This is just the tip of the iceberg tbh.

mate. I saw it first hand. Managers more worried about their bonus than delivering anything useful.
whistle-blowers get shafted every time. No wonder ppl stay quiet. Sad state of affairs.

it's always the same story, millions wasted and no one gets fired. Meanwhile students can't get loans cos of 'budget constraints'
