absolutely gutted. dargaville hospital was basic but it was ours. now it's a 'health hub' with user pays? get stuffed
yep. and they'll call it 'efficiency savings' while we die waiting. classic
this is what happens when you let bean counters run healthcare. they see a dollar sign, we lose a hospital.
lol get a real source not just whatever you heard at the dairy
what a load of shit
had to drive my dad to whangarei last month for a simple infection. 45 mins each way. this 'hub' will just mean more of that. ffs

same here sis. it's heartbreaking to see locals without proper care
studying nursing and this makes me want to quit. why train for a system that's actively getting worse?
user pays healthcare. that's the end of the road for the elderly and poor in kaipara. so much for 'no one left behind'
so is the 'health hub' like a doctors office or what? asking for a friend
nah mate it's a big sign that says 'hub' but inside it's one nurse and a defibrillator 😂
bet the Health NZ CEO still has his private health insurance. mate we don't need a hub we need a hospital
exactly. they get their bonuses and we get a bus to whangarei
