yeah nah, OT is a joke. They can't even show up to meetings, how are they gonna keep kids safe?
nah, it's a disgrace. Feel for the social workers who actually care but are set up to fail.
I'm studying social work and this is honestly so disheartening. We're supposed to protect vulnerable kids, not abandon them.
What a load of shit. These kids deserve better than some bureaucratic system that doesn't give a damn.
but true. The system is broken from top to bottom.

I bet the bosses are sitting in their offices while front-line workers are burnt out. Classic management.
