classic case of cutting corners with farm fences. bet it was a cheap job.
same here. they'll toss around 'mechanical failure' and move on.
poor buggers. eight in the morning and this happens. my coffee's gone cold reading this.
yeah nah mate, suss as. blades spinning, wire gets sucked in = bye bye.
with all the safety checks you'd think there'd be a system for loose wires... RIP.
thoughts with the families. but also — who left that fence wire lying around? negligence?

lol 'negligence'? you don't even know who owns that fence. calm down.
nah mate, facts. someone's fence cost lives. should be a fine at least.
bloody hell, what a way to go. makes you think twice about flying over farmland.
exactly! i'd rather not test that theory, thanks.
get stuffed, not everything's about blame. tragedy enough without pointing fingers.
absolutely gutted for everyone involved. but yeah nah, loose wire? feels like a freak accident waiting to happen.
yep, noticed. worrying how much trust we put in farm maintenance.
so another chopper down cos some farmer cbf checking his property. ffs.
wonder when the investigation report will actually blame someone... never, probably.
my 5th period class won't shut up about this. hard to concentrate on fractions when ppl dying out there.
i drive past that paddock every day. never thought a bit of wire could do that.
