my mum looked after my nan for 5 years before she passed. it broke her. nobody talks about this.

my neighbour looks after her son with disabilities. she never complains but you can see it in her eyes. poor woman.

ffs my sister gave up her career to look after our dad and now she's broke and exhausted. system is stuffed.
