Here we go again, another 'unprecedented' weather event. Meanwhile my tomatoes are thriving. El Niño my ass.
Just great. So we'll get a dry summer and my water bill goes through the roof again. ESNZ can stick their predictions.
if it stops me having to mow the lawn every weekend I'm all for it
Actually, this is terrifying. El Niño events are getting more intense because of climate change. We need to take this seriously.
Cool, so are we getting beach weather in July or what? Asking for a mate who hates the cold.
you trust the same people who said we'd have a 'one in 100 year flood' three times in a decade. Get real.

Sick of these scare headlines. Remember last 'super storm' that was supposed to wipe us out? Yeah, nothing happened.
why do we even read these articles? Nothing ever happens. Just another excuse for fruit prices to go up 🙄
For those saying nothing happens: look at the 97-98 El Niño. That was massive. Just because you don't remember doesn't mean it's not real.
As a public service, let's remind everyone: no, you can't blame every rainy day on El Niño. Go read a book.
oh yeah because the 97-98 was so fun? power cuts for days, lost half my garden. you have no idea
