i actually looked into one of these. stripped back to concrete shell, you're paying for the location not the building lol
plus you'll never get insurance on one of these
yeah nah get stuffed. these places are cold as shit in winter and you can't even hang a picture without hitting a cable
as someone in trades i've seen the state of these old substations. no insulation, dodgy wiring, and they smell like old copper and rats. good luck
honestly if i had the money i'd love a unique place like this rather than another boring box
