Oh yeah, the Commerce Commission is 'watching'. That'll solve everything. 🙄 They've been watching for years and we still get ripped off at the pump.
they're all talk. What's next, a strongly worded letter?
cool, so fuel prices might drop a few cents but then they'll just jack up the surcharges. classic
nah they won't even drop. they'll just say 'we're in a transition period' or some corporate bs
Who actually believes this? They say 'we're watching' like that means anything. Fuel companies will do whatever they want.
haha so true. 'monitoring' is just code for doing nothing

About time they said something. But honestly, do they ever actually do anything?
petrol companies will find a way to keep prices high. watch them blame 'global markets' or 'shipping costs' or some other made-up excuse
lol they're just saying this so people think someone's in charge. meanwhile the oil companies are laughing all the way to the bank
So the Commerce Commission is gonna 'remind' them? Wow, that'll sort it. Remind them like a teacher reminds a kid to do homework, but the kid still doesn't do it.
remind them? like they forgot they were price gouging ffs
Why is it always 'we'll keep an eye on it' and never actual enforcement? Getting sick of these toothless watchdogs.
yep, same old story. when will they actually grow a spine?
yeah nah, prices will come down by 2 cents then a week later go up 10 cents. we all know the drill
lol get ready for the gas station 'excuse of the week'
truth. they'll probably blame the weather or something
