ffs typical ACT junk, 'common sense' my arse. This is just a nice way to let bosses off the hook when someone dies on site. 🖕
same bro, seen too many close calls because the boss 'didn't want the paperwork'
yeah nah get stuffed, us tradies on the ground see accidents all the time. More paperwork ain't the answer but cutting corners? deadset dangerous.
facts, this is just deregulation dressed up as 'common sense' to push costs onto workers
Wait, so making safety 'simpler' actually makes it more confusing? Classic government logic.
I'm studying health and safety at uni and this is a textbook disaster waiting to happen. compliance costs savings vs a life? cool cool cool.

lol cope, someone's never been on a worksite clearly
been on the tools for 20 years. the current rules are already a joke half the time. this won't change much except make it easier for dodgy bosses.
nah it will change the culture - more shortcuts, more dead mates down the line.
This thread gives me a headache. Can't we just have something that works without the political crap?
Van Velden out here acting like she's a tradie. piss off with your 'common sense' - common sense for shareholders maybe
she's a politician mate, never swung a hammer in her life. joke really
