Wow, months overdue on urgent medical scanning upgrades. Totally fine, it's not like people are waiting months for cancer diagnoses or anything.
the same thing with my mum's scans. It's a disgrace.
Classic. The system's a joke. My aunt waited 8 weeks for a CT result last year. But hey, they'll probably blame Covid again.
same here bro, it's criminal.
ffs how is this even possible? Urgent work but nah just let it slide for months. Sounds about right for our health system.
They're not trying their best, that's the problem. It's a culture of 'she'll be right'.

I work in radiology and honestly we've been screaming about this for ages. The silence from management is deafening.
yeah nah get stuffed, they've had years to sort this.
Hardly surprised. We had a similar project at our DHB - said 6 months, took 2 years. Bunch of clowns running the show.
100%. Throw money at the problem instead of endless meetings.
Let's not lose our heads, they're probably trying their best with limited resources. But yeah, could do better.
I'll believe it when I see it. Probably more consultants inbound.
What a load of shit. Just pay the private sector to do it, problem solved in a week. But nah, let's keep spinning our wheels.
call, just wish people would give constructive criticism instead of just roasting everything.
Meanwhile my mate's been on the waitlist for an MRI since March. But yeah, totally urgent work happening.
I wonder how much the consultants got paid to tell them it'd take 6 months then bail. Smells like another rort.
