mate $13 a pack? that's cheaper than my lunch lol no wonder everyone's buying off the books
yeah nah the health system picks up the tab. subsidising their habit through our taxes, great
govt just wants more tax money, they don't care about health. if they did they'd legalize it and regulate it properly
or maybe just enforce the law properly? how hard is it
black market tobacco? more like black market savings for smokers. good on em
exactly my point. criminalising just makes it worse

ppl complaining about the govt losing tax revenue but what about the health cost? cheap smokes mean more smokers, more strain on hospitals
ffs just ban tobacco entirely already, sick of this dance
lol get stuffed the govt won't do anything real, just more talk
alarm bells ringing cos someone found a cheap pack? get a grip. maybe if tax wasn't criminal ppl wouldn't go black market
facts mate. govt creates the black market with stupid taxes then acts shocked
Retail NZ just mad they're losing sales lol
govt will prob just raid some dairy and call it a win. while the real suppliers keep rolling
i'd rather ppl smoke cheap illegal stuff than pay $50 for a legal pack. systemic fail
