30 working days? That's taking the piss. Hope she got a decent payout for that bullshit.

Kiwisaver providers are all the same. They'll drag their feet until you threaten legal action.

Work in finance, can confirm some KiwiSaver providers are shocking at processing. Not naming names but...
I remember waiting 6 weeks for mine. Cried on the phone to them and still nothing.

I've seen worse delays for hardship withdrawals. The system is broken.
