legit, i tried the diy route and gave up. if you dont have a uk bank account its a mission.
my mrs sorted hers out years ago. got 20k back. shit tonne of paperwork but worth it.

tried to transfer my uk pension a few years back. absolute nightmare of fees and forms. not worth the hassle tbh unless its a massive amount.
mate we got ours sorted with a specialist and it was smooth. sometimes paying for help is worth it.
free money sitting there and people still ignore it. amazing
keep drinking the koolaid. these middlemen are why things are expensive.
