Butter a factor as dairy prices fall for seventh time

Global Dairy Trade prices fell for the seventh straight auction, down 3% to US$3,678/tonne. Whole milk powder fell 1.9%, butter 7.6%. NZX cut 2025-26 forecast to $9.68/kg milk solids amid persistent supply-demand imbalance.
