Kung fu real estate agent enters Zen state, disarms man with knife in Levin

A Kiwi real estate agent trained in kung fu disarmed a man with a knife in Levin, acting bravely to protect others. He entered a Zen-like state, called Mushin, and managed to subdue the attacker before police arrived. Police advised calling 111 instead of intervening.
