- Are MYNZ 3D virtual tours really free? Yes. Making, hosting and sharing a walk-through tour is free for real estate agents, landlords and private sellers in New Zealand.
- What do I need to make a virtual tour? A 360° photo of each room, from a 360° camera or your phone's Panorama mode. No app to install and no photographer needed.
- Can I add a floor plan? Yes. Upload a picture of the floor plan and tap where each room is. Viewers see a small plan in the corner showing where they are, and can tap a room to jump there.
- Can I add normal photos and video to a room? Yes. Each room can have up to 12 extra photos and short videos.
- Can I use the tour on Trade Me? Yes. Copy the tour link and paste it into the Virtual tour box of your Trade Me listing, or share it on Facebook, your website or emails.
- Tours are public to anyone with the link, and only you can edit them from this phone or computer.
- Best results: hold the phone at chest height in the middle of each room, and keep the lights on.
- Got a 3D scan from a free app like Polycam? You can add that too, as a .glb file.
