Is it free to sell on MYNZ?
Yes. Listing is free, with no listing fees and no success fees, for one-off items, stock, auctions and property.
Can I sell many of the same item?
Yes. Choose “I have stock” and enter how many you have. Buyers pick a quantity and message you. Tap “Sold one” as you sell, and the listing shows sold out at zero.
Can I run an auction?
Yes. Choose “Auction”, set a starting bid and run it for 1, 3, 5 or 7 days. You can add a hidden lowest price (reserve) and a Buy Now price. Bids in the last 2 minutes add 2 more minutes, so nobody can snipe it. When it ends, MYNZ puts the seller and winner in a chat automatically.
Can I add a 3D walk-through to a house listing?
Yes, free. When you list a home for sale, a rental or a holiday stay, tick “I have 360° photos”. Add a 360° photo (or a phone panorama) of each room, connect the doorways, and add a floor plan if you have one. Buyers walk room to room from their phone.
Do I need a special camera for a 3D tour?
No. A 360° camera such as an Insta360 or Ricoh Theta gives the best result, but your phone's Panorama mode works too.
How do buyers pay?
Buyer and seller agree in the built-in chat. MYNZ doesn't take payments or fees. Meet in a public place and check the item before you pay.
