Delete your MYNZ account

MYNZ (mynz.co.nz and the MYNZ app for Android) is run by MYNZ Limited, New Zealand.

How to delete it

1. Open this page on the phone or computer where you're signed in to MYNZ.
2. Sign in with Google if you aren't already.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Can't sign in? Email info@mynz.co.nz from the email address on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Straight away: your account details (name, email, username and profile photo), saved searches, alerts and notification settings, and the towns and businesses you follow.
• Taken down straight away, then permanently deleted within 90 days: your posts, replies, market listings and home tours. We keep them hidden for up to 90 days in case of safety reports or legal requests.
• Chats: messages you sent stay with the people you talked to, shown as from "Deleted user", and are deleted within 90 days.
• If you claimed a business page, the page stays up but is no longer linked to you.

Never signed in?

Then there's no account to delete. You can remove any post or listing you made from its own page, or email us and we'll do it for you.
